French Company Shipping charges and lead times
HOW ARE SHIPPING FEES DETERMINED?
When checking out, after you have confirmed your cart, you will come to step 2 "Address and delivery". Here, we offer you several delivery methods automatically defined based on your delivery address and the contents of your basket. All you have to do is choose the delivery method that suits you.
Delivery times vary according to the delivery method you choose and may range from 1 to 5 working days (1) except for delivery of oversized products, international deliveries and deliveries to French overseas departments and territories in which case, for some, delivery times may be a little longer.
All orders placed before midday (12h00pm GTM+1) are shipped the same day, those placed after are shipped the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays)(2). This information is provided to you during step 2 of your order and is automatically determined based on your delivery address and the contents of your basket. Delivery times are given as an indication by the carrier.
Shipping of products not in stock
Some items are offered for sale with a dispatch date of more than 24 hours. The words ‘Dispatched within XX days of your order’ are specified on the product sheet for the items concerned. These items are currently in stock and will be dispatched within the time indicated on the product sheet. An order containing items available immediately and at least one item not available immediately will be dispatched in a single shipment within the longest period indicated on these products.
Article 1 : DELIVERY IN EUROPE
All fees and lead times are calculated for a delivery to the countries of the aera 2 : Germany, Netherlands. For other destinations, your fees and leadtimes will be calculated just after who have confirm your cart.
All leadtimes concerns the delivery only, they does not take into account the time required to prepare your order. They are given for informative purpose only. These leadtimes are usually respected by the carriers.
Article 1.1 : DELIVERY IN A PICK UP POINT
DELIVERY IN A PICK UP POINT - MONDIAL RELAY
This shipping method is only available for the following countries : Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Spain.
6,300 relay points in the Mondial Relay network: convenience shops, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists... This service is simple, safe and convenient.
Delivery by Mondial Relay is only possible for orders of less than 20kg and/or of a developed length of less than 150cm and/or of a length of less than 120cm
**Free of charge for any orders delivered in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands or Spain, excluding guarantees and bulky items. Offer limited to one order per month.
Conditions : In case of unavailability of a Relay Point, your parcel will be delivered to another Relay Point. You will be automatically notified of this by SMS or Email. You have 8 calendars days from arrival of your parcel to pick it up from your chosen relay point.

Article 1.2 : HOME DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY - COLISSIMO
Delivery to your home address or your work address, without signature.
Home delivery by Colissimo is only possible for orders of less than 30kg and/or of a developed length of less than 150cm.
Conditions : If you are absent, your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox, to a post office or a relay point.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - CHRONOPOST
Whether at home, at the office or on holiday, your parcel is delivered the next morning to the address of your choice.
***Only for delivery to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany and Netherlands
For any orders placed before 12 midday Monday to Thursday, delivery the next day.
For any orders placed before 12 midday on Friday, delivery on Saturday during the day.
For any orders placed after 12 midday on Friday, delivery on Tuesday.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Conditions : Orders over 20kg will be shipped in several parcels.
Article 1.3 : SPECIAL DELIVERY - OVER SIZE/WEIGHT
Your delivery fees and leadtimes are automatically calculated in step 2 "Address and delivery" of the checkout process.
Article 2 : INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery fees depend on the country zone, department or territory of the delivery. The amount of your fees is calculated automatically in step 2 "Address and delivery" of your order and is determined based on your delivery zone and the contents of your cart.
Practical information: For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer does not have to pay French VAT as we do not apply customs taxes to the purchase. Taxes will therefore be payable on delivery.
Customs clearance of parcels sent to Brazil has been carried out in Miami since the end of 2014. In this respect, you may also be asked to pay additional taxes.
In case of refusal of delivery for a reason other than deterioration (refusal to pay customs fees, withdrawal, etc.), you will be charged for the return. In this case, the shipping costs paid at the time of your order will not be refunded.
